RG100UC DC Motor Control

The RG100UC is a full-wave SCR, fully regenerative control designed for both permanent magnet and field-wound DC motors. The 115 VAC input allows for a 90 VDC armature, and the built-in heat sink allows for a continuous current rating of 10 amps for use with 1 HP motors and below. The 3 Wire Start/Stop and the dedicated terminals for a thermal-switch internal to some motors make the RG100UC unique.

Speed range and regulation: 2% regulation over 60:1 speed range. 0.1% regulation with the addition of tach feedback.
User adjustable calibration pots: Maximum Speed, Forward Acceleration, Reverse Acceleration, Forward Torque, Reverse Torque, IR Compensation, Deadband, Current Stability, Voltage Stability.
Stopping Modes: User can regeneratively brake, decelerate, or coast to a stop.
On board fusing: No need to add external fusing for protection of your motor or drive.
