DC6-36/48-4Q

DC6-36/48-4Q Low Voltage Motor Control

DC-4Q Series

The DC-4Q series are microprocessor based, low voltage PWM drives that are capable of braking and reversing regeneratively. The microprocessor allows for custom programming to fit any OEMs custom needs, sometimes eliminating the need for a PLC and/or sensors. They can even be programmed for use in the field without trimmer potentiometers, creating a simple install and a level of security for OEMs. Some models contain a “sleep mode” which extends battery life, and some contain a Fault LED with a built in flashing code for under voltage, over voltage, current limit, overheat, and short circuit. With features like pre-charge circuits, brake outputs, directionally based inhibits, you’re sure to find a drive to fit your needs.

Features

  • Microprocessor Based: Allows custom programming for OEMs
  • 4Q Reversing: Regenerative / 4-Quadrant drives have the ability to perform quick and contactorless braking and/or reversing-on-the-fly
  • Ideal for Battery Powered Equipment: Maintains both set and/or variable speed even as battery voltage declines. Extends total running time of equipment
  • High Efficiency: Outputs up to 95% of the input voltage
  • Wig-Wag Mode: Allows for bidirectional control of the motor with a unidirectional signal
  • Stopping Modes: N.C. forward and reverse inhibits brake to a stop. Can be used for rapid starting and stopping
  • Diagnostic LEDs: Power, Status(Current Limit, Undervoltage, Overvoltage, Overheat Foldback)
